Terms and Conditions
 1. By entering into these competitions you agree to the following terms and conditions.
 2. Competitions start 1 November 2019 and end 6 December 2019 (“Promotion Period”).

 To enter Prize Draw 1, participants must install the latest Home Direct App onto their mobile device or tablet and successfully login to the App using their Home Direct customer details. A welcome notification confirms successful login. The App must not be removed from the device prior to competition close in order to be eligible to win. There will be one winner and the winner will be the first eligible entry drawn. The prize consists of 1 x Xbox One console.
 4. To enter Prize Draw 2, participants must spend a minimum of $250 while shopping online, through the Home Direct App or over the phone. Participants gain one entry for every $250 spent during the promotion period. There will be two winners and the winners will be the first two eligible entries drawn. The prizes consist of 1 x PS4 500GB console for the first winner drawn and 1 x Panansonic 49" smart TV for the second winner drawn.
 5. All prizes will be drawn on 9 December 2019.
 6. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents except for employees of Home Direct Limited and their immediate families.
 7. Winners will be notified via phone and/or email by Friday 13 December 2019.
 8. Winners must agree to their name, region and photos being published on www.homedirect.co.nz and in other marketing material produced by Home Direct Ltd, and to any publicity Home Direct Ltd requires as part of receiving their prize. The winner agrees to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose, without compensation.
 9. Home Direct Ltd’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
