COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) UPDATE

Dear Customers,


We are working with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment to ensure that the essential products you need from us, can now be delivered direct to your door.

During the lockdown we can provide you with any essential items you need for your home via our website or by phone order, for delivery only.

That’s products like heaters, comforters, blankets and kitchen appliances to keep your family warm and well during lockdown. 

Non-essential products are available for purchase at this time but to ensure we comply with the current MBIE requirements we are unable to deliver these non-essential products until further notice from MBIE.  All products are clearly identified as Essential or Non-Essential on our website to ensure there is no confusion. 

The health and safety of our customers, employees and the entire country are of utmost importance to us at this time and we remain committed to adhering to Government guidelines while we fulfil your essential orders.

Delivery:

We have temporarily updated our delivery protocols to limit interaction and physical contact. Couriers will be required to leave customer parcels at a safe location, out of public sighting at the designated delivery address.

We will endeavour to deliver your order to you in 5-7 days.

Existing Orders:

If you have an existing order with us for an essential item, rest assured we are doing our best to get this order to you as soon as we can.

If you have an existing order with us for a non-essential item, unfortunately this cannot be dispatched until the delivery of non-essential goods resumes.

Dear Customers,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support and the many messages of kindness we have received from our wonderful customers.  Thank you.

We continue to monitor the Ministry of Business and Innovation and Employment (MBIE) website and announcements closely to ensure we are doing everything possible to ensure we comply with their requirements as we all try to keep our friends, families, communities and you, our customers safe during this challenging period.

Our Customer Services Team (0800 466 334) and Credit Support Team (0800 427 334) are ready and available to answer your calls and answer any questions you may have.

We are now able to confirm that our online and telesales channels are now operational as we continue to sell a great range of products across a wide range of catagores.  In fact we have been experiencing unprecedented demand for our product range leading up to the 4 week lock down. 

However due to the need to close our warehousing and distribution centre, we are unable to complete the delivery of any products purchased until the lock down is over or we receive advice from MBIE clearly authorising us to do so.  We apologize for this inconvenience, however like you we want to ensure we do our bit for the safety and wellbeing of our communities.
