Terms and Conditions

Returning Items:

Please ensure that you are extra careful when you are checking out; check that all products in your basket are correct as we do not accept returns. Once your order has been processed unfortunately you cannot return items unless specified under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.
Exchanging Items:
Again please be careful when purchasing products on Shop Smart as we do not offer exchanges, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the incorrect item, then we would exchange the product and provide the correct one.
If you do qualify for an exchange please ensure that the product is in its original condition ensuring packaging and any labels have not been removed or damaged.
Warranty:
We promise to meet our legal obligations in respect to the goods and services we offer.
In the unlikely event that the goods that are delivered are faulty please contact us within 10 days, and we will arrange for these goods to be picked up and replaced.
 
In addition all electrical goods come with a one year warranty against manufacturing faults.
Changing an Order:
Please note that once your order has been processed you are unable to make any changes to your order. So please choose colours, sizes, style etc carefully before processing your order.
 Backorders:

If you see a deal that you like be sure to snap it up quickly has we cannot offer you backorders of any of our products on sale. If you would like to see something again please click here and let us know and we might be able to relist the item in the future.
