Q. How do I purchase items that I like?
A. Simply select the item that you would like to purchase, add to cart and either continue shopping or checkout. Once you have checked out there will clear steps to follow and finish your purchase.

A. You can pay for your order using either Visa or MasterCard.
Q. How safe is it to use my credit card on the Shop Smart website?
A. Our website is completely safe we use Direct Payment Solutions to ensure that your information is safe when ordering items online.
Q. Can I purchase products by sending a Money Order or a cheque?
A. Unfortunately at this stage Shop Smart does not accept cheques or money orders.
Q. Are you able to ship products overseas?
A. We can only ship products within New Zealand.
Q. Can I get my order shipped to a P.O Box address?
A. No, sorry we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes
Q. Can you deliver to rural areas?
A. Yes we can, but only to rural areas that New Zealand Couriers travel to. Delivery to rural areas does incur an additional shipping cost.
Q. Can I purchase more than one product at a time?
A. Yes you certainly can, continue to add products to your basket and when you are done shopping just click on the checkout button where you will be able to finalize your order.
Q. An error occurred while I was processing my payment, what went wrong?
A. This could just be due to an incorrect credit card number so please carefully check that the card number and expiry date are correct. If the problem persists please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q. Can I backorder?
A. No, however please request a relist a we might be able to put the same deal back on the site in the future.

A. To stop receiving our daily deals via e-mail s please click the “unsubscribe” button on the home page alternatively contact us directly and we will remove your membership from Shop Smart
Q. How do get the daily deals sent to my e-mail address?
A. All you need to do is Register by clicking the link on our home page once you have entered all of the necessary details you will be asked at the bottom of the page to tick the box if you would like to receive e-mail newsletters from us, simply make sure that you have ticked the box before submitting your registration.
