We specialise in payment flexibility, including a unique Lifestyle Account, Hire Purchase, Lay-by and Credit Cards.

Home Direct works by offering a range of quality clothing, footwear, fashion accessories, bedding, furniture and electrical goods that are accessible from the comfort of your home. Our products are available for sale online, through our catalogues and within a modern fleet of mobile shops.

The majority of our customers make payments weekly or fortnightly payments, to pay for the products that they have already purchased. This is a "pay and use" system which is the perfect solution for when you need something quickly but want time to pay it off. You can simply contact our friendly customer services team and discuss the best payment plan that will work for you.

We will set up an automatic payment or direct debit for you and our easy payment options allow you shop with ease and convenience. Alternatively you also have the option to purchase immediately online using a credit card.

To purchase on-line all you need to do is register online which will create a new account for you immediately. You will have a username and password to log onto our website to shop, check and track orders and browse our latest catalogue.

Once your account has been set up, simply browse through all the products on the website and add to the cart those products that you wish to purchase. Once you are done shopping simply hit the checkout button. You will then be asked to confirm your Billing and Shipping Address. Once your payment has been processed you will receive an e-mail to confirm your order and specify your order details.

Or if you live within our Mobile Shopping Delivery Area you can register for a Home Direct Lifestyle Account which allows you to purchase over the phone or on our mobile shops utilizing one of our many payment plans.

Home Direct On-Line can service customers living in the North and South Island of New Zealand; we cannot deliver to Stewart Island, Great Barrier, or Chatham Islands.

We have Mobile Shops that come directly to your home, in Auckland, Whangarei, Hamilton, Napier, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Rotorua, Wellington and Whakatane. If you live within our mobile shopping delivery area you can register for a Home Direct Lifestyle Account which allows you to purchase over the phone or on our mobile shops utilizing one of our many payment plans.
