Home Direct is a private New Zealand company that has been in business since 1973.
We are a market leader in the direct selling industry, employing over 150 staff who sell online, over the phone utilizing catalogues, and via mobile shops.
We sell a a broad range of products including clothing, nursery, manchester, audio visual, gaming, toys, furniture, personal care, health and beauty products, phones, household appliances, whiteware, recreation and outdoor products; and offer close to 2,000 product options.

Supported through a well-resourced 0800 contact centre with convenient opening hours (8.00am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5.00pm on weekends) Home Direct offers customers a quick response time with the trademark Home Direct personal touch.
Services include: revolving line of credit (Lifestyle Account), hire purchase, layby, home delivery, gift cards and gift registries.
Membership: Direct Selling Association (we are currently the only member which runs mobile shops).
Home Direct complies with the Door to Door Selling Act, Consumer Guarantees Act, Financial Advisers Act, Electronic Sales of Goods Act and Sales of Goods Act, with the last independent audited carried out March 2012.
